Floral Chocolates

Step by Step instruction for my floral design chocolates.
Use the smallest brush you can find.

Start with red cocoa butter. Make small swirls.

Repeat with pink behind.

Add small dabs of green beside each flower.

Back with white. Try to keep it contained behind the colours.

Spray with a light coat of blue.

Tips:

Use coloured cocoa butter with a translucent quality to help the layers be seen.

Slightly over crystallize tempered cocoa butter colours used to paint flowers.

Cast.
