Vacuum forming

All it took was one conversation to figure out I needed to build a vacuum forming machine. After a bit of research and help from my brother, the idea took shape.
It starts with a plan, a used toaster oven, and some wood.

Make measurements according to the size of the toaster oven.

There is a hole for the vacuum hose.

And holes for air flow

Building two metal frames will hold your plastics during the forming process.

They should fit tightly on the edge of the box. Then find something to form! I tested a pair of pliers.

Heat the plastic in the oven, then press onto the vacuum form box.
